For customers who are new to Maiman Laser and are interested in our laser sources, we are willing to provide a free demo for their testing, and promise:

·Free returns within 3 months for any power attenuation problems.

Training service

We provide both online and offline training service. If our customers still have any questions about how to use the product, we have a professional service team to answer any of their questions. Maintenance

Though Maiman Laser’s products are maintenance-free, no need for regular commissioning due to their all-in-one structure and overcoming of power attenuation, if customers have any questions on maintenance, our service team is always ready to give response in 24 hours.

Repair and return service

However we know that some problems are unavoidable even with a extremely low probability. For any problems during operation, please contact our service team for trouble shooting asap. For lasers that need to be returned to Maiman Laser’s factory for repair, please confirm the details with our service team before returning the laser so that we can complete the repair service in the shortest time.
